Learned Senior counsel would contend that the private respondents were granted regularization of their services as Haryana Forest Service Officers against project posts, which was not permissible under rules and it affected the seniority of the petitioners, with regard to which representations dated 23.07.2007 and 10.12.2008 submitted during the pendency of the present petition, did not evoke any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 23.07.2007 and 10.12.2008, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
