NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Chamkaur Singh son of Gurjant Singh, resident of village Vairoke, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 61(1) of the Excise Act, in a case arising out of FIR No. 62, dated 3.7.2015, registered at Police Station, Mehna, District Moga.
