RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking protection to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents no.4 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioners was not being redressed, they finally approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna-respondent no.2 by way of self contained representation dated 26.6.2015 (Annexure P-3), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that petitioners would be satisfied, in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, Khannarespondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation, within a reasonable time.

Crl.Misc. No.25132 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, Distt. Khanna-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, raised in their representation dated 26.6.2015 (Annexure P-3), including the threat perception and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, Distt. Khanna-respondent no.2 is further directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 to 7 or by anybody else at their instance.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
