NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Karnail Singh, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 379, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.103, dated 02.05.2015, registered at Police Station, Sadar, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

CRM-M-25133-2015 (O&M) -2Nishant Singh, Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur, submits that despite the interim directions, issued vide order dated 31.07.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has failed to join the investigation; the petitioner is required in 7-8 more cases of commission of theft etc. and that the recovery of the stolen property is to be effected in the present case, therefore, the anticipatory bail would be a detrimental to the interest of the investigation of the present case.

Dismissed.

Interim directions issued vide order, dated 31.07.2015, are hereby vacated.
