 Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 20 dated 30.01.2015 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 342, 323, 498, 495 IPC registered at Police Station-Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State submits that vide judgment dated 11.03.2024, accused/petitioners herein stand acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar in Case No. CHI/904/2018 titled as 'State of Punjab vs. Jaskaran Singh alias Tejpal Singh and another'. A copy of the said judgment has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.
