Sandeep Singh v. State Of Punjab
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-25188 of 2017 Date of Decision: 17.07.2017 Sandeep Singh ....Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab ....Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: - Mr. Navjot Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) This is second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.49 dated 02.05.2017 under Sections 326, 324, 34 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Mehtiana, District Hoshiarpur. Earlier, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, on 02.06.2017 with a direction to the petitioner to join investigation, but he did not join the investigation. Thus, his bail application was dismissed by learned Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, on 07.07.2017.
Since the petitioner has defied the order of learned Sessions Judge granting him interim bail, therefore, he does not deserve any discretionary relief of anticipatory bail from this Court.
Dismissed.
