Prayer in this petition is for quashing of order dated 08.06.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi whereby the petitioner's application for grant of permanent exemption from personal appearance has been rejected.

The petitioner was directed to come present before this Court vide order dated 08.11.2016. However despite various opportunities, the petitioner did not appear in compliance of the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he tried to contact his client but no response is forthcoming. Communication by registered post was also sent but the petitioner, it is submitted, did not contact the counsel who pleads no instructions in this matter.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. ( LISA GILL ) November 10 , 2017.
