Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for direction to respondent No.2 to investigate the matter fairly in FIR No.320 dated 19.06.2012, under Sections, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Nuh District Mewat and handing over the investigation to some independent agency like Crime Branch.

Heard.

As per the reply submitted by the State, untraced report has been submitted in the court on 22.07.2015. Since after investigation of the case, cancellation
