The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the FIR No.58 dated 27.03.2021 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar (Rural). 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that in the present case cancellation report has since been accepted by the Illaqa Magistrate, rendering the present petition as infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
