(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court, since the petitioner resides at a far off place. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case, such an application is moved before the trial Court, same shall be considered sympathetically in accordance with law.
