(ORAL) In the instant petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has sought issuance of direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, to decide the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in case FIR No.111 dated 20.06.2017 under Section 420 IPC and Sections 51, 63, 68 of the Copyright Act, 1957 registered at Police Station City Phagwara, which is pending for 26.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that police is constantly raiding the house as well as office of the petitioner to harass him. Petitioner has moved anticipatory bail application, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, since 28.06.2017. Heard.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant Ravinder Singh 2017.07.18 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala to dispose of the anticipatory bail application moved by
