**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. CRM-22433-2020 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record the copy of order dated 06.07.2020, passed by the trial Court. In compliance to the order dated 10.08.2020, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has filed the copy of the order dated 06.07.2020, passed by the trial Court. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM stands disposed off accordingly.
CRM-M-13350-2020 A perusal of the order dated 06.07.2020, passed by the learned trial Court, reveals that in compliance to the order of this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court on 06.07.2020 and thereafter, he was ordered to be released on interim bail on furnishing his requisite bail bonds/surety bonds. Since, the petitioner has already been released on interim bail by the trial Court, therefore, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of as infructuous accordingly.
