(Oral) This order shall dispose of the above-mentioned two petitions for grant of anticipatory bail in a case FIR No.114 dated 13.04.2018 under Sections 323/324/506/148/149 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on) at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar (Punjab). It is the case of the petitioners that the matter has since been compromised amongst the parties and that, in fact, a petition i.e. CRM-M-27286-2018 for quashing of FIR on the ground of compromise has

already been filed. Learned counsel have submitted that the aforesaid petition is fixed for 25.09.2018, in which, the parties have been directed to appear before the trial court so as to get their statements recorded. Learned State counsel has informed that the petitioners have already joined investigation.

In view of aforestated position, where the matter has since been compromised and the petitioners have already joined the investigation, the present petitions are hereby accepted and interim orders dated 15.06.2018 and 27.06.2018 are made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
