NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of filing the present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No. 5 to 13, who are issuing threats for elimination of life of the petitioner in order to convert her religion.

On instructions, learned counsel for State informs that ASI Suman, had visited the residence of complainant/petitioner on 20.03.2024 and the house was found locked. Accordingly, ASI Suman had contacted the father of the complainant/petitioner on his mobile phone No. 9873376225, who had informed that the petitioner/complainant along with her father had gone to the hospital and they will come present in the Police Station at 10:00 A.M. on 21.03.2024 for recording their statements. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed.
