-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.274 dated 5.4.2022 registered under Sections 379, 447, 506, 34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Azad Nagar, District Hisar. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation with the police, pursuant to the previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-15839-2022 The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant while resisting the present petition submits that even after the grant of interim bail, petitioners are still threatening the complainant party and in this regard the police has also presented Calendra against the petitioner. State counsel on instructions from SI Ashok Kumar has admitted that the petitioners joined investigation and recoveries have been effected and now the petitioners are not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order of interim bail dated 19.4.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioners should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However in future if the petitioners indulge in such like activity, then the State counsel will be at liberty to seek cancellation of their bail in the present case.
