Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 123 dated 14.6.2017, registered under Sections 353, 186, 148, 149 & 150 IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner in first version and he is not required for the purpose of investigation at all. Thus, he be released on prearrest bail.
