Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of maintenance petition No.MNT 125/18/2023 filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. from the Family Court, Mohali, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent's mother is working as a Stenographer in the district Court at Mohali, and there is apprehension that she might influence the outcome of the case. Therefore, it should be transferred to Chandigarh. 3.

The respondent's mother being a Stenographer in the district Court, cannot give rise to the apprehension expressed by the petitioner. It is too far-fetched to contend that she can influence outcome of the case. Learned counsel has not been able to point out any AVIN KUMAR 2023.04.10 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

. 2023:PHHC:045430 CRM No.15775 of 2023 [2] circumstance that could give rise to such an apprehension on the part of the petitioner. In these circumstances, it is baseless to seek transfer of the case.
