The claim petition instituted by the appellants was dismissed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rupnagar, vide award dated 03.12.1999. 3.
Record shows that no one has been appearing on behalf of the appellants for some time. The appellants, it appears, are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.

That being so, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
However, liberty is granted to the appellants to move an application for revival of the appeal, in case they are interested in pursuing the same. 6.
