Both moved a petition before Allahabad High Court seeking protection of their life and liberty. This fact also find mention in the previous order passed in this petition. None has appeared for the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared for the petitioner, which signifies that petitioner is no more interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed.
