Through the instant petition, the petitioner who is father of Balwinder who has allegedly committed offence of rape, is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.119 dated 23.10.2015, registered under Sections 363, 3662A & 376 IPC, Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08.01.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
