The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents with further prayer to direct respondents No.4 to 6 not to inferfere in his personal life.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners has submitted representation dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) before respondents No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

CRWP-2629-2026 (O&M) -2representation dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) qua the threat perception filed by the petitioners in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioners, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioners for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by them.
