RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.95 dated 15.11.2006 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 380 IPC registered at Police Station Tapa, District Barnala, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 02.08.2016 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Illaqa Magistrate on 17.08.2016 to get recorded their statements. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, has also sent its report vide covering letter having Endorsement No.233 dated 07.09.2016 which has been duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Barnala vide Endorsement No.4382/E.B. Dated 08.09.2016. According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that the parties have made an amicable settlement without any pressure and out of their free will. It is also reported that none of the parties has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
