*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 22.01.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhappi Masih.

However, bail has been opposed on the ground that Section 326 IPC is also there.

Initially, the FIR was registered under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC has been added subsequently. One more case i.e. FIR No.86 dated 02.08.2014 was also registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 324, 120-B and 34 IPC against the complainant at the instance of daughter of petitioner's brother.

Since the petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required further as stated by learned State counsel as recovery has been effected, interim order dated 22.01.2018 passed by this Court in his favour is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
