The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.0198 dated 12.10.2020 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Boha, District Mansa. Custody certificate dated 19.05.2021 has been filed which is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, at this stage.
