Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, enters appearance on behalf of the State of Punjab and submits that the petitioner's claim is being considered by the High Powered Committee and the decision thereon shall be taken within a period of one month. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed. However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to file an application for revival, if the necessary order is not passed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
