The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.6 and 7. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any complaint/representation regarding protection of life and liberty of the petitioner, is received, the same shall be looked into and if any threat perception is found, appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
