(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 31.03.2022 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa, District Sirsa.

On instructions from SI Ram Saran, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 19.04.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of above, order dated 19.04.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
