Ram Singh, Police Station Mukerian, submits that since the police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let present petition be disposed in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to seek his other remedies, in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
