(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.66 dated 31.05.2016 registered under Section 328 IPC at Police Station Machhiwara, Police District Khanna (Ludhiana) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). In view of report received from learned Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
