At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the present writ petition should be dismissed with heavy costs as the entry qua the land was entered in 1997 as "Jumla Mushtarka Malkan Wa Digar Hisedar Hasab Rasad Rakba Khewatdar"

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
This Court refrains from imposing costs on the petitioner for having filed a totally frivolous writ petition. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
