***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar, whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Daulatpur Maliyan, District Yamunanagar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has challenged order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure P-11) by way of an appeal, wherein arguments have already been addressed and judgment is yet to be delivered. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies against the order which may be passed by the Appellate Authority in the appeal. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
