The appeal preferred by the claimants has been settled today and the amount of compensation awarded has been mutually agreed upon between the claimants and the Insurance Company.

In view of the settlement arrived at in the appeal preferred by the claimants, this appeal has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
