Dhapa Devi has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to challenge the Revisional Court order dated 09.02.2018 (Annexure P-3), whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri has upheld the order dated 26.05.2015 passed by the trial Court, dismissing the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. arising from case FIR No.186 dated 15.06.2011 for the offences under Sections 323, 447, 506, 427 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Dadri.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 has produced the copy of the judgment dated 18.08.2015 to contend that the trial in the said FIR No.186 dated 15.06.2011 has ended in acquittal against the accused namely Mahabir son of Panna Ram and Pawan son of Mahabir. CRM-M-26223-2018 (O & M) -2Mahabir and Pawan. Learned counsel has further submitted that the judgment dated 18.08.2015 has attained finality as no appeal was preferred against the said judgment.

Learned State counsel as well as counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner are unable to controvert the said submission. Since the trial in case FIR No.186 dated 15.06.2011 against the accused persons namely Mahabir and Pawan has ended in acquittal, therefore, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
