**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 19 dated 18.11.2015 registered at Police Station Women, Sirsa District Sirsa under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 (2) (n), 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2015 and the trial will take time. Counsel urges that co-accused Parmod had approached the lawyer and the run away couple were about to file a petition for protection but the girl was apprehended and later levelled allegations under Section 376 IPC. The counsel urges that the main witnesses have been examined and there are no allegations against him.
State counsel states that 13 witnesses out of 21 witnesses have been examined and the trial is proceeding at a fast pace and there are allegations of rape against the petitioner.
