***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.21 dated 28.01.2019 under Sections 406/498-A IPC registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Vide order dated 20.01.2020, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Criminal Misc. No. M-13503 of 2019 -2accordingly, a Settlement/Agreement deed dated 22.01.2020 has been reduced into writing.

In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.03.2018 is made absolute.
