**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 408 dated 24.9.2015 registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2015 and challan has been presented and only two witnesses have been examined. It has been further contended that the mother of the petitioner is old and there is no one to look after her. Therefore, bail be allowed considering the family circumstances. The bail application was opposed by the State and it was urged that the girl had been married only for five months and she died in the matrimonial home and it was the neighbours who had informed the complainant that the girl had died and there were marks on her neck. The allegations against the petitioner are serious. No case for bail is made out.
