As per allegations, petitioner alongwith other co-accused had opened a bank account with fake identity of Deepak Kapoor and thereafter by hacking the accounts of others got transferred money in the said account and subsequent withdrew the same. At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
