(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/304-B/201/120-B IPC, in criminal complaint No. 33-RT dated 01.02.2010/02.06.2011, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Narnaul. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2016 directed the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court was directed to release them on interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed certified copy of order dated 29.01.2016 whereby the petitioners had appeared before learned GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.31 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
Crl. Misc. No. M-2617 of 2016 -2Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Narnaul and submitted bail bonds, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
The petition stands disposed of.
However, the petitioner shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
