(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action and to get the inquiry conducted by some higher officials, regarding death of the sister of the petitioner as respondents No.4 to 6, who are in connivance with respondents No.7 to 9 are not taking action despite repeated requests by the petitioner.

On 27.05.2019, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On 14.08.2019, also no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. When matter was taken up on 02.02.2023, again no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite counsel for petitioner being notified of the date fixed.
