(Oral) In the present petition, petitioners are seeking direction for restraining the respondent-authorities from changing the nature of the land of the petitioner by carving out the plots and to create third party right. Learned State counsel has shown copy of inquiry report dated 30.05.2022. The inquiry report is taken on record as Annexure A-1. The inquiry has been conducted after giving personal hearing to the petitioner. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition with the liberty to challenge the above order dated 30.05.2022 (A-1).

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is further made clear that in case the petitioner makes an application for getting relevant documents, which is made basis for passing the above order, the same shall be supplied to him, in accordance with law.
