Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 103 dated 11.6.2015 under Section 465, 466, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, Jalandhar City.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 3.8.2015:- "Contends that the allegations in the FIR indicate a dispute inter se between brothers where the complainant alleges forging of revenue record to get electricity connection for the tubewell. Further contends that the dispute has arisen because of other reasons between the brothers regarding sharing of tubewell.

Crl. Misc. No. M-25272 of 2015 -2- In the meantime, the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed subject to the following conditions :- i) He will make himself available for investigation as and when required to do so.

ii) He will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.

iii) He will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police official."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Sulakhan Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 3.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
