**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) CRM-33661-2024 This is an application under Section 528 BNSS seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-25321-2017 in view of compromise deed (Annexure A-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the main case bearing CRM-M-25321-2017 stating that matter has already been settled among themselves amicably and has already filed a quashing petition on the basis of that compromise in which statements have been recorded before Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner makes an oral request for preponing the date of hearing in the main case from 04.09.2024 SANGEETA 2024.09.21 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-25321-2017 (O&M) to today itself as he does not want to press the main petition, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the same.

In the light of above, prayer is accepted.
