SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7, parents and brothers of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 28.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Amandeep Kaur is 22.08.1992 as per copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Ajay Kumar is 04.07.1994 as per copy of Driving Licence (Annexure P-2). They got married on 28.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.08.04 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
