RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 24.02.2020, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced receipt of `20,000/-. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the concerned quarter.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.30 dated 04.04.2018 registered under Sections 379-A, 34 IPC at Police Station Hisar, District GRP Ambala Cantt., and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.03.2019 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 26.03.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned District and Sessions Judge, Hisar, on 04.04.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned District and Sessions Judge, Hisar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.274 dated 04.04.2019. -2CRM-M-13669 of 2019 According to the above report, compromise arrived at between the parties is voluntary, without any inducement, threat and pressure. Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.30 dated 04.04.2018 registered under Sections 379-A, 34 IPC at Police Station Hisar, District GRP Ambala Cantt., and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed qua petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
