" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.80 dated 01.06.2012 registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka under Sections 452/324/323/148/149 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the present petitioners are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
