Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has married with respondent No.4, who is involved in the business of human trafficking. The petitioner came to know that private respondents had purchased her from her parents and now want to sell her to some other person.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to look into the representation Annexure P-2 made by petitioner, verify facts and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against her in accordance with law.
