**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 59 dated 6.3.2021, under Section 379-A IPC, registered at Police Station Mohindergarh, District Mohindergarh. Vide order dated 23.4.2021, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 23.4.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Ramanand, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
