The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking issuance of direction for registration of FIR and conducting fair investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioner has submitted complaint dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) before respondents No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
