Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order passed in CRM-M-25638-2018, petitioner has made representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur on 13.06.2018. Even thereafter, she has been harassed by respondent no.3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to look into the representation Annexure P-2 made by petitioner, verify facts and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against her, in accordance with law.
