The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-65527-2025, whereby respondent was directed to consider and decide the representation/complaint of the petitioner. 2.
Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet S. Joshi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that in compliance of order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-65527-2025, representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bathinda. He has produced a copy of VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.25 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-1300-2026 (O&M) -2communication dated 29.01.2026 issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, in Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above, since order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M-65527-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said communication dated 29.01.2026.
